Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
Staadly is a secondary ticket marketplace. By using Staadly you agree to these terms.
2. Buyer rules
- Buyers purchase tickets from independent sellers, not from Staadly directly.
- All sales are final — no refunds for change of mind.
- Buyers must provide accurate personal details at checkout.
- Tickets are for personal use only — commercial resale of purchased tickets is prohibited.
- Buyers must comply with the event organiser's terms and conditions.
- Staadly is not responsible for event cancellations or changes by the organiser.
3. Seller rules
- Sellers must be the legitimate owner of tickets listed.
- Sellers must not list duplicate tickets or tickets already sold elsewhere.
- Sellers must not list non-transferable or ID-matched tickets unless permitted by the organiser.
- Sellers must deliver tickets before the event — failure to do so results in a full refund to the buyer, charged to the seller.
- Sellers must have a verified payment card on file at all times.
- Staadly reserves the right to charge the seller card for compensation if fraudulent or invalid tickets are provided.
- Listings must accurately describe the ticket including section, row, seat number and any restrictions.
4. Fees
- Buyer service fee: 10% added to the ticket price at checkout.
- Seller fee: 10% deducted from the payout after a completed sale.
- No listing fees or upfront costs for sellers.
- Fees are non-refundable except where Staadly issues a full refund under the Buyer Guarantee.
5. Refund policy
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances only:
- The tickets provided are invalid or do not match the listing description.
- The seller fails to deliver the tickets before the event.
- The event is officially cancelled by the organiser with no rescheduled date.
- The tickets are denied entry at the venue gate.
Refunds are not issued for postponed events, change of mind, failure to attend, or incorrect personal details entered by the buyer. Refund timeline: within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation policy
- Buyers cannot cancel a confirmed order.
- Sellers cannot cancel a listing once a buyer has completed payment.
- If a seller wishes to cancel before a sale they may delete their listing from the seller dashboard.
- Staadly reserves the right to cancel any listing that violates these terms.
7. Buyer Guarantee
Every purchase is covered by the Staadly Buyer Guarantee: full refunds for invalid tickets, failed delivery, or cancelled events, and investigation with refund where appropriate for gate denial due to a ticket fault. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. See the Buyer Guarantee.
8. Prohibited tickets
- Non-transferable tickets where resale is explicitly prohibited by the organiser.
- ID-matched tickets that cannot be transferred without the original buyer attending.
- Tickets obtained through unauthorised means or bulk purchasing bots.
- Counterfeit or duplicate tickets.
- Tickets for events where secondary resale is illegal in the jurisdiction of the event.
9. Dispute handling
Contact support@staadly.com within 48 hours of the issue. Staadly investigates within 3 business days, and Staadly's decision is final in all disputes between buyers and sellers. Staadly reserves the right to charge the seller card and refund the buyer where fraud is proven.
10. Chargeback policy
- Buyers who initiate an unjustified chargeback may have their account suspended.
- Staadly will contest all chargebacks where the Buyer Guarantee terms were met.
- Sellers whose tickets result in legitimate chargebacks will have the amount deducted from their payout or charged to their verified card.
11. Marketplace liability
- Staadly is a marketplace platform and is not the seller of tickets.
- Staadly is not liable for the actions of sellers or buyers.
- Staadly's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
- Staadly is not liable for any consequential or indirect losses including travel, accommodation or other event-related costs.
12. Fraud prevention
- Staadly reserves the right to hold seller payouts until after the event date to allow for dispute resolution.
- High-value listings may be subject to manual review before going live.
- New sellers may have volume limits applied during an initial verification period.
- Staadly may request additional verification from sellers at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Changes to terms
Staadly reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
