The Staadly Guarantee
Every order is protected by the Staadly Guarantee: valid tickets delivered before your event, or your money back — and the seller only gets paid after you confirm you received them.
What every order is protected by
- Valid tickets or 100% refund — Every ticket is covered. If what you receive is invalid, counterfeit or does not match the listing, you get a full refund of everything you paid.
- Secure escrow — seller paid only after you confirm — Your payment is held safely. The seller is only paid once you confirm you have received and accessed your tickets — never before.
- On-time delivery or a full refund — Your tickets are delivered before the event. If the seller fails to deliver in time, you get a full refund automatically.
- Secure card payments — Checkout is processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. Staadly never stores your full card details.
How your money is protected
- You pay securely by card via Stripe. Your money is held by Staadly — it is not passed to the seller.
- The seller delivers your tickets before the event. You are notified as soon as they are transferred.
- You confirm you have received and can access your tickets. Only then is the seller's payout released.
- If tickets are invalid, or never arrive before the event, you are refunded in full instead.
