How quickly does Staadly respond to support requests?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours during business hours (UAE time, GMT+4).

I have not received my tickets — what should I do?

Email support@staadly.com immediately with your order ID. We will investigate and ensure you receive your tickets or a full refund under the Staadly Buyer Guarantee.

How do I contact Staadly for business partnerships?

How do I track my order?

Log in to your Staadly account and go to staadly.com/orders to see all your purchases with current status and ticket transfer details.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Staadly does not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued if tickets are invalid, the event is cancelled, or the seller fails to deliver.

How do I cancel a listing as a seller?

Go to your seller dashboard at staadly.com/seller and delete any listing that has not yet been sold. Once a buyer has purchased your tickets the listing cannot be cancelled.

What currencies does Staadly accept?

Staadly processes all payments in USD via Stripe. If your card is in a different currency Stripe will automatically convert at the current exchange rate.

Is Staadly available in the UAE?

Yes — Staadly is based in Dubai UAE and fully supports UAE buyers and sellers with listings for UAE Pro League matches, AFC Asian Cup fixtures and international events.

How does the Instant Transfer badge work?

Listings with the Instant Transfer badge have ticket files uploaded by the seller. When you complete your purchase the tickets are immediately available to download from staadly.com/orders.

What happens if the seller does not send my tickets?

Contact support@staadly.com immediately with your order ID. Staadly will issue a full refund and where applicable charge the seller's verified card to compensate you under the Staadly Buyer Guarantee.
