For buyers

How do I buy tickets on Staadly?

Find your event, choose your section on the interactive seat map, pick a listing and check out securely with card payment via Stripe. Every order is covered by the Staadly Buyer Guarantee.

How do I receive my tickets?

Listings with the Instant Transfer badge are available to download immediately from staadly.com/orders after payment. For other listings the seller contacts you at your registered email before the event.

What is the Staadly Buyer Guarantee?

Every purchase is protected. If your tickets are invalid, the seller fails to deliver, or the event is cancelled, you receive a full refund. See staadly.com/buyer-guarantee for full details.

What if my tickets are invalid?

Contact support@staadly.com immediately with your order ID. Staadly will investigate and issue a full refund under the Buyer Guarantee, and where applicable charge the seller's verified card.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are issued if tickets are invalid, the seller fails to deliver, or the event is cancelled with no rescheduled date. Refunds are not given for change of mind or failure to attend.

How do I track my order?

Log in and go to staadly.com/orders to see all your purchases with current status and ticket transfer details. Guest buyers can track using their order reference and email.

What payment methods are accepted?

Staadly accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on Staadly servers.

Are there any fees?

An 18% buyer service fee is added to the ticket price at checkout. The full total including fees is always shown before you pay.

For sellers

How do I list tickets on Staadly?

Create an account, verify a payment card, then go to staadly.com/sell and choose your event, section, row, quantity and price. Listings go through admin approval before going live.

How much does it cost to sell?

Listing is free with no upfront costs. An 18% seller fee is deducted from your payout after each completed sale.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are manually approved by Staadly admin, typically within 2–5 business days after the event date. High-value sales may be held until after the event to protect buyers.

How do I upload my tickets?

Upload your ticket files when creating or editing a listing to enable Instant Transfer. Buyers receive them immediately after purchase. You can also leave them blank and contact the buyer directly.

What happens if I cannot deliver my tickets?

Failure to deliver results in a full refund to the buyer charged to your verified card, and your account may be suspended. Always contact the buyer promptly after a sale.

Can I change my listing price?

Yes — edit the price of any active listing from your seller dashboard at staadly.com/seller before it sells.

How do I delete a listing?

Go to your seller dashboard at staadly.com/seller and delete any listing that has not yet been sold. Once a buyer has purchased the listing cannot be cancelled.

How do I create an account?

Sign up with Google or email at staadly.com/signup. It takes about 30 seconds.

How do I verify my seller account?

Add a payment card in your seller settings. A £0 verification confirms the card is valid. This is required before you can list tickets.

How do I update my payout details?

Go to your seller dashboard and update your bank account or PayPal details under payout methods. Payouts are sent to your registered payout method.
