Buying and selling tickets on Staadly takes minutes.
For buyers
- Find your event — Search by team, artist, venue or browse by category. Use filters to find events near you.
- Choose your seats — Use our interactive seat map to pick exactly where you want to sit. See sections, prices and availability in real time.
- Pick a listing — Filter by price, quantity or Instant Transfer. See seller badges and transfer method before you buy.
- Pay securely — Complete your purchase via Stripe. Your payment is protected by the Staadly Buyer Guarantee.
- Get your tickets — Instant Transfer listings are available to download immediately. Other sellers will contact you directly before the event.
For sellers
- Create your account — Sign up with Google or email. Takes 30 seconds.
- Verify your identity — Add your payment card. A £0 verification confirms your card is valid. Required before listing.
- List your tickets — Choose your event, section, row, quantity and price. Add bundle options or allow individual sales.
- Upload your tickets — Upload your ticket files for Instant Transfer. Buyers get them immediately after purchase. Or leave blank and contact the buyer directly.
- Get paid — After your sale completes, admin approves your payout and transfers your earnings minus the 10% seller fee.
Buyer Guarantee
Every purchase on Staadly is backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. If your tickets are invalid, the event is cancelled, or the seller fails to deliver — you get a full refund. No arguments, no complicated process. We also have the ability to charge the seller's verified card directly if fraud occurs.
Fees
- Buyer fee: 10% added to ticket price at checkout
- Seller fee: 10% deducted from your payout after sale
- Listing fee: Free — no upfront costs
- Payout: Manual approval by Staadly admin — paid to your registered bank account or PayPal
Instant Transfer vs Seller Contact
⚡ Instant Transfer — Seller has uploaded tickets. You receive them immediately after payment. Best for last-minute purchases.
📧 Seller will contact you — Seller sends tickets directly. They will reach out to your email before the event. Standard for most listings.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my tickets?
Instant Transfer listings are available immediately after payment. For other listings the seller will contact you at your registered email — usually within a few hours of purchase.
What if I don't receive my tickets?
Contact support@staadly.com immediately. The Staadly Buyer Guarantee covers you — if the seller fails to deliver you will receive a full refund.
Can I sell tickets for any event?
Yes — you can list tickets for any football match, concert, festival or event. All listings go through admin approval before going live.
How do I get paid as a seller?
Once your sale completes, your payout appears as pending in your seller dashboard. Staadly admin manually approves payouts and transfers your earnings to your registered payment method.
Is there a minimum or maximum price I can set?
Sellers set their own prices. There is no minimum or maximum — market demand determines what buyers will pay.
What payment methods are accepted?
Staadly accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely with no card details stored on Staadly servers.
