The Staadly Buyer Guarantee

Every order is protected. No exceptions.

What is covered

  • Invalid tickets — if your tickets are invalid or counterfeit you get a full refund.
  • Failed delivery — if the seller fails to send your tickets before the event you get a full refund.
  • Event cancellation — if the event is officially cancelled with no rescheduled date you get a full refund.
  • Gate denial — if you are denied entry due to a ticket fault Staadly will investigate and refund where appropriate.

What is not covered

  • Postponed events (not cancelled)
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to attend
  • Tickets that match the listing but buyer expected different seats

How to claim

  1. Contact support@staadly.com within 48 hours of the issue.
  2. Provide your order ID and description of the problem.
  3. Staadly investigates within 3 business days.
  4. Refund issued within 5–10 business days if the claim is valid.

Seller accountability

Staadly holds seller payment cards on file. If a seller provides fraudulent tickets Staadly can charge the seller card directly to fund your refund. Sellers are fully accountable for every listing.
