Staadly Seller Policy

Verification

All sellers must verify a payment card before listing. This protects buyers and ensures sellers are accountable for every listing.

Fees

10% seller fee deducted from payout after each completed sale. No listing fees. No upfront costs.

Payout timing

Payouts are manually approved by Staadly admin, typically within 2–5 business days after the event date. High-value sales may be held until after the event to protect buyers.

Listing rules

  • Only list tickets you legitimately own.
  • Accurately describe section, row, seat number and any restrictions.
  • Do not list non-transferable or ID-matched tickets.
  • Do not list the same ticket on multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Deliver tickets before the event — contact the buyer promptly after sale.

Penalties

  • Fraudulent tickets: seller card charged to refund the buyer, account permanently banned.
  • Duplicate listings: listing removed, account suspended.
  • Failure to deliver: full refund issued to buyer charged to seller card, account suspended.
  • Repeated violations: permanent ban and legal action where applicable.

Payout holds

Staadly reserves the right to hold payouts until after the event date for new sellers or high-value transactions. This protects buyers and ensures ticket delivery.
